Foodies flock to Singapore because of its stellar reputation in the culinary world. Singapore is home to a plethora of excellent restaurants that serve a variety of cuisines and cuisine styles. Some of Singapore’s finest banquets include the following:

  1. The Line – Guests of the Shangri-La Hotel can dine at The Line, an expansive foreign buffet serving a variety of cuisines from around the world, such as seafood, sushi, Indian, Chinese, and more.
  2. Edge – It is the hotel’s upscale buffet restaurant, and it features a wide variety of options from around the world in addition to local favorites like fresh fish and live carving stations.
  3. Melt Café – It is the Mandarin Oriental’s wildly famous international buffet, serving up everything from fresh seafood and sushi to Indian and Chinese specialties and more.
  4. Colony – At The Ritz-Carlton’s Colony, guests can enjoy a lavish buffet featuring an array of regional and foreign specialties, including the hotel’s namesake laksa and Hainanese chicken rice.
  5. Carousel – The Royal Plaza on Scotts is home to the famous international buffet restaurant Carousel, which features delicacies from around the world.
  6. Shin Minori – You just can’t get enough of that delicious Japanese cuisine, could you? We think Shin Minori has the best value meals. Fill up on omizu, premium, or the endless oyster spread. Sashimi, sushi, and other grilled, deep-fried, and simmered foods are all on the menu. Asahi beer, which pairs well with the abundant shellfish, is available for free.
  7. Monti – Unlimited food at brunch? Please do so. Monti’s weekend colapranzo buffet has everything you could possibly want. Favorites like eggs benedict with mortadella, smoked salmon, or roasted avocado are available for breakfast. Pastas prepared from scratch, such as ricotta and mushroom ravioli or truffle risotto, are a delicious way to treat yourself. The mascarpone and coconut panna cotta at Monti’s are not to be missed, either. The Italian meal would be complete with unlimited beverages.
  8. Carnivore Brazillian Churrascaria – Carnivore has one of the most interesting spreads in all of Singapore. Dinner and entertainment are on the house. Juicy meat is served on skewers and split at your table at this paradise for carnivores. Provide a selection of salads, fruits, and sweets, both heated and cold, to go with them. Enjoy your meal of beef brisket, chicken thighs, or roasted pig belly at one of the outdoor tables. Keep this website bookmarked if you’re on a ketogenic diet.
  9. Peppermint – This restaurant is open all day and serves nutritious farm-to-table fare amidst beautiful landscaping. It has a wide variety of Asian and foreign dishes, all of which are made with plenty of sustainable, locally sourced ingredients in an open kitchen. The Parkroyal Collection Marina Bay’s pot-roasted angus beef oyster blade is infused with fresh herbs from the urban garden and must be tried. Did we mention that everything is completely halal-approved?
  10. Hai Tien Lo – Yes, please, bring on the dim sum spread. The best Cantonese food and unlimited dim sum can be found at Hai Tien Lo. The black truffle pork cakes and deep-fried spring rolls are two of our favorite dishes. On a wet day, you absolutely must have the fish bone broth that has been double-boiled and includes desiccated fish maw. Brown rice is a healthier alternative to white rice, so that’s an additional bonus. …or combine the two! You can simply go up to the support staff and tell them.
  11. Atrium Restaurant – The Holiday Inn features a halal-approved spread with both familiar and exotic dishes. Imagine dishes like juicy beef rendang, hot prata, and flavorful Hainanese chicken rice. We especially like the ice cream parlor, where you can get wafer cones or rainbow bread dipped in icy deliciousness. Wow, talk about a throwback! We’re confident that you’ll find at least one thing to your liking among the more than forty offerings at the smorgasbord.
  12. Beach Road Kitchen – Bring your appetite to Beach Road Kitchen, where you can feast on a wide variety of delicious foods from around the world and the region. The JW Marriott Hotel Singapore South Beach is home to this eatery, where guests can watch the chefs at work. Fresh shellfish, charcoal-grilled meats, Asian soups and noodles, and sweets fill their expansive buffet. Butter chicken, chilli crab, roasted pork, and other delectable meals are available for those with a taste for regional specialties.
  13. Ginger – You must try Ginger’s amazing selection of regional specialties. You can get everything from satay to barbecue calamari to prata and prawn noodles at this buffet. We recommend getting some exercise after the heavy meal by visiting the neighboring cultural district of Kampong Glam.
  14. Permata Singapore – Located in the Malay Heritage Centre’s neighboring Gedung Kuning, Permata is a buffet restaurant specializing in Nusantara cuisine. Typical Malay and Indonesian foods such as satay, mackarel pate, and sambal prawns can be found on the buffet. Desserts like buah keluak brownies, green bean mousse, and fried sweet potatoes are as distinctive as the rest of the menu.
  15. Ellenborough Market Cafe – The Peranakan cuisine at Ellenborough Market Cafe is legendary. There will be an interminable supply of babi pongteh (pork stewed in fermented soybean sauce), ayam buah keluak (chicken braised in black nut gravy), kueh pie tee, and chap chye. If you simply must indulge in durian, you must order some durian pengat, also known as durian puree with coconut milk.
  16. Oscar’s – The lavish display at this buffet will astound you. There is a live station that serves delicious barbecued meats and a chilled seafood station that serves fresh oysters and crab legs. Even the veggie food isn’t bad here. You can choose from a wide variety of salads with various dressings and garnishes. Palak paneer and tofu with impossible pork mushroom sauce are two examples of meatless options.
  17. Empress – Elegant, modern decor and authentic Chinese cuisine? Count us in! You can’t skip the weekend dim sum buffet brunch at this chic riverside restaurant in Singapore. Each person at the table will receive one helping of soup, three entrees, and a dessert from the brunch buffet. Try some siew mai and steamed molten egg custard buns from the limitless dim sum buffet.
  18. Ikoi Japanese Restaurant – Do you get butterflies just thinking about an endless supply of Japanese food? If you’re looking for a good smorgasbord in Singapore, Ikoi is where you should eat. Sashimi, sushi, tempura, and yakitori will all be on the menu. When we’re in the mood for a hearty meal, this is one of our go-to spots, but booking ahead is a must.
  19. Straits Kitchen – Reserve a spot at Straits Kitchen and feast on an impressive array of regional specialties. Beef rendang, Singaporean chili crab, Nyonya otak-otak, satay, biryani, and similar dishes can be served in limitless quantities. Those with a sweet tooth need not worry, either. Favorites like chendol, pandan kaya cake, kueh lapis, and sago gula melaka are waiting for you to try them. In reality, fighting back is pointless.
  20. Lime Restaurant at Parkroyal Collection Pickering – It is widely regarded as Singapore’s finest buffet. The restaurant has earned its reputation as a go-to for delicious buffet meals for lunch and supper for a long time. Step inside the lively eatery for a menu that spans the globe and includes local and Southeast Asian specialties. In this restaurant with a live-cooking concept, you can observe the chefs in action as they prepare and serve signature dishes at individual tables. Eat to your heart’s content with a la minute preparations of gourmet sandwiches and salads, fresh seafood, and Chef’s special tasting meals.

Some of the finest buffets in Singapore can be found at these restaurants. It’s worth your time to explore the city’s food culture and find other excellent buffets, as there are many to choose from.
