3. The Avocado Victory – One of Canggu’s top cafes, is renowned for its fantastic poke bowls. Although avocado is an essential ingredient in these bowls, there are several different options to choose from. The classic poke bowl with smoked salmon, loaded with avocado, marinated tofu, edamame, and chives over a base of quinoa and red rice is one of our favorites. Alternatively, you may try the Chicken & Avo Lassi bowl, which includes marinated chicken, coconut yogurt and avo lassi sauce, rucola, purple spinach, stracciatella cheese, asparagus, avocado, and orange zest for a unique flavor experience.
