19. Baked – Baked in Canggu, located in both Berawa and Pererenan, is well-known for its homemade sourdough that is soft, springy and has a perfect crunchy crust. But this cozy hotspot has more to offer than just bread. They also serve gammon ham toasties with cheddar cheese and a truffle bechamel, ricotta pancakes with stewed strawberries and whipped mascarpone, and our favorite, the Vadouvan. The Vadouvan consists of labneh, poached eggs, za’atar, and the amazing house sourdough, garnished with fresh garden herbs. The fresh white interiors make it a perfect place to settle in and enjoy their delicious food. And don’t forget to take home some of their doughy creations!

With an emphasis on organic and ultra-fresh ingredients, both locally-sourced and imported produce is elevated to create noteworthy brunch plates like the quinoa and salmon bowl, coconut hotcakes, and healthy sides such as honey tahini and charred eggplant with pomegranate. 23. Pels Supershop – Peloton is a vegan cafe and store that offers plant-based food and products, which has gained immense popularity since its opening. The menu, which was created by a group of vegan food enthusiasts and chefs, has been a huge success, even among non-vegan customers. The loaded burrito and the creamy cheesy lasagne are particularly noteworthy, as they taste incredibly delicious despite being healthy.
