To start, you should order several little nibbles to share such as Pork Miso Cabbage Shimeji Gyoza or sashimi of the catch-of-the-day. Then, move onto the nduja-spiced dry aged tuna tartare served with squid ink sago cracker, miso smoked garlic, ponzu, charred corn, and crushed hazelnuts. Glazed lamb shoulder with charred miso-braised cabbage, mandarin pancakes, wombok kimchi, and Chinese smashed cucumber, and grilled fish with traditional Sambal Belacan are must-try main dishes. 43. TYGR Sushi – This hand-roll bar serves up exceptional nori rolls and sushi plates made fresh to order, foregoing the questionable sushi train. With a combination of still-warm rice, crispy nori, and incredibly fresh fillings, you’re guaranteed to impress your date. The industrial-Japanese decor adds to the dining experience, and a Sake or Sapporo drink completes the meal. 46. Synkonah – Chef Locki Waddell brings his take on classic Mediterranean cuisine to the tables at Synkonah, with a focus on traditional techniques presented in a contemporary style. For those who prefer to sleep in, the breakfast menu is available until noon, offering dishes such as the vegetarian-friendly Shakshuka, which features gooey eggs cooked in a spicy tomato harissa sauce. 47. Riviera Bistro – Riviera Bistro brings French and Mediterranean cuisine and fresh seafood to the bustling Berawa area, after its success on the French Riviera. The restaurant also serves as a wine bar. 48. Pizza Fabricca – Fabbrica, known for its traditional wood-fired ovens, is one of the top pizza places in Canggu.
